So far I rate this product 5-stars. I can feel the vibrations causing rapid muscle contractions and forcing blood into my capillaries because the area began to itch. The belt is able to fit most on the heavier side, but still fit a smaller frame. I love it thus far. Delivery was very fast.

It took me 2 days to figure out how to wear it as a belt but I finally got it. No instructions btw for the belt part. Overall 10-10. I do 3 sets of 10 minutes a day

Product is great arrived in a week exactly. Make sure you purchase the one with the belt. Great for massage but please do not be fooled this will not replace actual workout. Battery does run fast if being used on the highest level. It DOES NOT feel like you’re doing 1k crunches.

It's great to use. You can really feel it on your muscles. It shuts off automatically after about 20 minutes but that's ok, it's all you need. Feels weird at first but good weird. We use it daily.
